Wrap up of Smolov Base cycle.
Just finished 3 weeks of the Smolov Base Cycle for back squat and Smolov Jr for bench press. Final working sets were:
Back Squat
415 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Bench Press
290 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
300 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Bodyweight the morning of was 203.
Next week will be a recovery week followed testing maxes in the 4 main lifts.
