Upper body strength:
Flat bench press:

*felt pretty good.
4 rounds of the following:
-10 towel pullups
-5 HSPUs (deficit from 45# bumpers)
*took about 5 minutes. my pullup endurance blows. the last two sets were broken. HSPUs were easy.
Overhead press:
bar x 10
95 x 4
135 x 2
185 x 1
215 x 1, 1, 1
Push press hold:
235 x 30 seconds. 3 sets.
*good shit.
Double KB Thrusters
55s x 10 x 4. Exactly 1 minute rest between sets.
My kind of day. Very enjoyable.
