* Couple of notes. I didnt' have access to bumpers today so I went with a push jerk because I was more comfortable with it in a globo gym environment. I maybe could have pushed to 265, but I didn't have the confidence to really get after it with steel plates. Also haven't jerked in a while (HA!). My shoulders didn't enjoy it very much. Just gotta get used to it again I guess.
Clap pushups: 3 rounds of 10
Towel pullups: 5 rounds to failure

Head out for an easy 2 mile run afterwards, recovery pace.
