I dunno. I saw Marco without a shirt once. He didn't look that ripped. But yeah the workout. It was alright. Not terribly hard. I should have ran faster on the runs. I have this standard pace that I think I should run with a sandbag and I just stuck to that for some reason. Could have sprinted it out a lot more.
