Incline Hammer Press:
140 x 5
180 x 5
200 x 5

Overhead Tricep Extensions
50 x 8
70 x 8
70 x 8

PM

Front Lever Holds:
- 5 sets of 10 seconds. At the end of each set do one tuck front lever pull up.

5 Rounds For Time:
- 5 Muscle Ups
- 15 Burpees
* on last round substituted muscle ups for 10 ring pull ups and dips due to skin tearing on wrists.
