Back is really sore and tight today. Feels more tweaked, not just sore. I'm using the heating pad trying to loosen it up and doing a little foam rolling. Gotta get it back in shape by Monday. That's also why I added the back extensions. I did them really slow, controlled, with a long pause at the bottom to stretch my back. It felt pretty good. I'm glad there were no squats today.
Since there were no squats today I added in two extra upper body lifts. Just light stuff. Nothing too strenuous.
