Learned a valuable lesson today.  I went up to 390 in the squat and just did not groove it right.  I started to come a little forward and it felt pretty heavy.  Instead of calling it a day I rested a few minutes and tried 390 again.  This time I focused on my ques and staying tight and it went up much smoother.  From there I was able to hit 405 and 410.  Moral of the story, don't quite because your technique sucked on a weight that you know should be easy.  Fix the technique and then assess from there.

Also found that snatch grip shrugs are my new favorite trap exercise.  I seem to be able to get a MUCH better shrug in this position.  I'll be sticking with these for a while.

Finally hit 225 in the good morning.  Might be a few sessions before I'm able to do it for sets of 5, but I think it's a good sign that my back is getting stronger.
