DB lateral raise x 15 (20lbs)
DB front raise x 10 (20lbs)
Tricep pushdown x 20 (42.5lbs)

3 Sets:

Hanging leg raises x 10
Diamond push ups x 10

No conditioning for today.  Legs are too fried.  I did still manage to walk this morning, but not real fast.
