  1. So... I've come to the conclusion that the stronger you get the more you hate crossfit. Not just because as I lift more weights and get stronger the less I like crossfit but the general theme I'm getting from reading strength blogs/athletes. If that's the case, rather than set weights as goals, I'm just going to workout until I can't stand saying the word crossfit. Then I'll be truly strong!
