Resurrection!
I'm finally done moving every other day and I happen to have access to a pretty spectacular workout facility so it's time to knock the dust off. I'm weak as hell right now, but 3-4 weeks I should be back up to speed and from there....Bane status.

I'm upset how depressingly shitty my overall strength is right now. Before I left I was hitting 375 for triples with no belt or, something like that, and now I'm settling for singles with a belt. So that sucks. At the same time I know it's part of the game. Strength is regained faster than it's gained and every time I've taken an unplanned break like this I've busted through previous numbers so I guess I just need to be patient. Plus I now have the advantage of an infinite supply of free Myoplex shakes O_o
On a more positive note my bench strength has inexplicably improved. A week or two ago I hit 225 for 10 or something like that and today I put up 280 without much struggle. I should have gone for more probably, but bench is one of those lifts where it's really easy to convince myself to "end on a good one."

*I would like to caveat this jogging thing. The treadmills in this place are some self propelled deal. It feels like running uphill with resistance. It took me about four and a half minutes to run a half mile and it was tough. So if I post running times and they are astronomically shitty...that's why. It'll be good training though.
