20 Sandbag Get Ups for time. 115lb bag. TIME: 4.54

10 Rounds
- Double KB Front Squat. 32kg x 3
- Double KB Push Press. 24kg x 6
30-40 seconds rest between each movement


Single KB Clean. 32kg x 40
Switch hands every 5 reps


10 Rounds
- Cannon Ball Pull Ups x 5
- Push Ups x 10
- Double KB Row. 32kg x 5

Single KB Swing Curl. 24kg x 60
Switch hands every 10 reps

3 Mile Run
TIME: 23.19
worst fucking run ever.  I felt like a 300lb pile of shit. I have to lose weight.

Sit Ups
Too terrible to even record.  This is what I get for NEVER training abs.

  2. Haha. That's cool man. Thanks for dropping in. I was having a lot of fun with 5/3/1 and making some awesome progress, but I'm going to have to stop. I need to drop some weight and get a lot better at my strength endurance and endurance. The training log will be updated pretty much daily now, but it will have a different flavor. A lot of KB work from here on out.

  3. Sounds like we are in a similar boat, although I am not as strong. I am doing more of a density scheme three days per week ahap, with complexes or select xfit workouts (those with sprinting or longer runs up to 800m) on the days in between. Hopefully this will ramp up the conditioning and accelerate the leaning out process.
