Run as far as possible in 60 minutes keeping HR under 140.

5.90 Miles
Pace: 10:10
Honest very embarrassed with the results.  I've let my running slip for a long time with the excuse of "getting stronger."  Oh well.  Can only get better from here I guess. Course was hillier than I expected.  Mostly increasing in elevation on the way up, mostly decreasing on the way down.  Mile breakdowns were 9:44, 10:53, 11:31, 9:53, 9:49, and 8:11.
