BT: Baseline treadmill test
Start out the treadmill at a fast walk-15:00/mile, incline set to 1%.
START: 0:30 @ 12:30/mile
END: 2:00 @ 6:00/mile (max speed of treadmill.)
15 second HR: 38
Treadmill read HR: 160
Back Squat
45 x 10, 10
65 x 5
85 x 2
95 x 1
135 x 2
185 x 2
225 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1
365 x 1
405 x 1
445 x 1
225 x 1 every 10 seconds.
3 minutes / 18 reps.
15 second HR: 35
Legs felt pretty zapped today. Squats weren't terribly hard, but they didn't feel awesome. The 225 was deceptively hard. My legs and lungs were fine, but my upper back and shoulders started to cramp up and my arms fell asleep. That was unexpected and shitty.
