Felt somewhat strong on the cleans today.  It's coming back.  However, they're already starting to aggravate my elbows.  I might lay off next week and just focus on some deadlifting and KB work.

Took it a little light on the squat, but I felt pretty good.  Bench felt kind of shitty because my elbow is acting up a little.  Definitely going to take it a little easy on that the next week.
